“Payment Application Qualified Security Assessors” are QSA companies that can provide services to payment application vendors (or payment service providers) in order to validate that payment applications adhere to the requirements set out in the PA-DSS. PA QSA’s must be authorised and continue to satisfy all additional PA-QSA Requirements (as defined by the PCI Security Standards Council). The PCI Security Standards Council maintains an official list of PA QSAs.  If you are not sure about the compliance status of your selected supplier please check the following link to a list updated by Visa: VISA list of PA QSAs
